My hot water tank decided it was at end of life and leaked water rather fast and unexpectedly late one evening after work. It was bitterly cold outside and the worst time to have no hot water. Mehdi helped me after hours to make it safe enough to leave overnight and then arranged an appointment next day to have it replaced entirely. Mehdi and Scott replaced our hot water tank the next day and worked quickly and diligently and were so kind throughout. I won't hesitate to reach out to them again! Highly recommend!

The three head, ductless mini-split systems that were installed seem to be working well, they are beautiful, and out of the way. Ryan and his apprentice were professional, clean and great to work with. It is also convenient that the office handles the submission of the paperwork to Clean BC. We look forward to energy savings for the environment and our wallets.
We provided 4 stars as the learning curve for the company and installation for the Vernon team was slightly inconvenient, but growth requires learning. We did not recieve the text/email communications that the system was supposed to be sending out until the job was half way complete. We were told on January 29, that install wouldn't happen until closer to summer, but then received a call that it could be done February 10. We agreed, despite having company, as we were told it would be one day, but then found out it would be more like three due to the lower crew number in Vernon than in Kamloops. It ended up that we had people at our house for five days, including the home energy appraisal, but they were all friendly and respectful of everything we had going on. We suggest that more notes, and perhaps photos and measurments were taken at the initial consultation as the outdoor system ended up being placed closer to our deck than we originally discussed to save material, which on installation day we agreed to, but now regret, as the wind from the system blows at the hottub which we didn't think to consider either.
Being, from what we understand, some of Vernon's first Hadwin's customers with the BC Clean Energy program to install ductless HVAC systems, we are happy to have helped them work out some kinks, are very happy with the end result. Would use them again if we decide to add to our system and recommend you give them a call as well!
